Coutts Private Office has announced the appointment of Stephen Eggins as senior client partner, based in London.

He leaves behind investment bank Credit Suisse to join Coutts, having worked for the Swiss firm advising ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Earlier in his career he was the first relationship manager for Donaldson Lufkin Jenrette in London, and before entering the financial sector worked as a practising solicitor.

In his new post Eggins will be directly responsible to Global Head of Coutts Private Office Duncan MacIntyre and tasked with handling the financial affairs of ultra-high-net-worth clients (typically possessing assets worth more than £30m or with £10m or more ready to be invested).

MacIntyre has expressed his delight at Eggins’ appointment, and warmly welcomed his extensive experience and strong track record.
