Credit Suisse has announced the appointment of Aditya Mishra as head of Credit Suisse in Delhi.

Mishra joins the firm from AM Advisors, where he served as a managing partner, before which he held a range of senior posts with a number of Asian banks.

Mishra worked for Dresdner Bank India as head of Products & Consumer Clients, and for ABN AMRO Singapore as head of NRI Wealth Management.

The appointment, which is made with immediate effect, underlines the firm’s commitment to catering to wealthy individuals, families and corporations in Delhi.

Credit Suisse’s head of Wealth Management in India, Puneet Matta, has expressed delight that Mishra has agreed to join the firm.

In his new post Mishra will be based in Delhi, and will be directly responsible to Matta.
