Vincenzo de Bustis has resigned from his post as Deutsche Bank’s chief country officer for Italy.
In addition, de Bustis also relinquishes his roles as Deutsche Bank SpA banking group’s chief executive officer and general manager of Deutsche Bank AG Milan branch.
His resignation becomes effective from 30 September, when he will leaves the position he has occupied with Deutsche Bank for the last five years.
Pending requisite approvals, Flavio Valeri will replace de Bustis on 1 October.
Valeri joined the firm from Merrill Lynch, where he was responsible for the German, Austria and Switzerland regions.
He will be directly responsible to group executive committee member Jürgen Fitschen, who holds responsibility for the firm’s regional management across the globe.
