The Blackstone Group has declared that it is expanding the Corporate Advisory Group with the addition of a new senior managing director, namely David Bradley, who will join the firm at the end of June.
Bradley will also take on the job of head of Blackstone’s Global Chemicals Practice, and was formerly global head of Chemicals with Swiss investment bank UBS.
He brings with him a quarter of a century of experience in banking, the last seven of which have been spent with UBS.
Earlier in his career he worked for JP Morgan Chase, and began his working life in banking in 1984 with Barclays.
Worldwide leader of the Advisory Group John Studzinski has welcomed Bradley’s appointment, particularly praising his in-depth knowledge of the chemicals sector.
