Deutsche Securities Inc. has announced the appointment of Marzio Keiling as head of global markets Japan.

In addition, Keiling assumes the role of Japan’s representative on the global markets executive committee.

He replaces Henry Ritchotte, who moves to London to take up the position of chief operating officer for global markets worldwide.

Keiling joined Deutsche Bank 12 years ago, and was a founding member of its derivatives sales team for Germany.

Following this, he occupied a range of senior positions throughout Europe in the Institutional Client Group and the Debt Capital Markets/Corporate Coverage group.

Deutsche Securities Inc.’s chief executive officer and president, David Hatt, has enthusiastically welcomed Keiling’s appointment, and praised the wealth of experience he brings to the role.
